For four nights 15-19 May 2011 Yvonne and three of her four sisters had a “sister get together” in one of the Assistant Light House Keeper’s cottages at Sugar Loaf Point lighthouse, Seal Rocks. Despite appearances, Colin was not a participant in this strictly girly event, but rather had some quiet time in our caravan a couple of kilometres away (i.e. close enough to be of assistance if required). Now Colin cannot be absolutely sure of what happens at these “sister bonding get togethers”, he understands it involves a lot of giggling and included a master class in toe nail painting. He suspects that other much deeper things also happen. As befits light house keepers the location was spectacular with sweeping views of coast line. This photo of Colin and Yvonne was taken on one of the verandahs on the morning that Colin called to retake possession of his most prized asset.
