Dedication
This project is dedicated to the memory of the around 20,000
Australians who, a century ago, risked all to serve their Queen, Empire
and Country in the Second Anglo-Boer
War (1899-1902) - in particular the 600 plus who lost their lives
in the process. They have not been entirely forgotten.
Can you help to identify the perhaps 100 or more Australians
thought to be buried in Africa as Britishers or South Africans because
they died serving in British or South African irregular units? Their
sacrifice also deserves to be recognised by modern Australia.
Lest we Forget
