I was deaconed on December 21st (St Thomas' day... "help my unbelief!") 1991.
Since then I have preached at various places and occasions. In parishes, at weddings and once at a conference. Sometimes I have pushed the envelope (and been accused of eisegesis); sometimes the text has preached itself! Always I have been enriched by the task of close attention to the text. Hopefully that will sometimes transmit to the hearers or readers.

My quirky introduction to writing web pages is in Making_simple_web_pages.pdf
A comment about what I am doing with this now. The structure of the site needs housekeeping. Part of this is putting graphics and photos in their own folder (away from the main files in the main directory.) Some of the files have .htm extensions (from Publisher or Netscape generated web pages I think.) I now use the .html extension and should ensure they are all the same. Other than that, there is the necessary work of recoding the html to proper standards. I think I will have my work cut out!
