Question: Where should Optic Neuritis and Fatigue be placed?

PATHOLOGY: placement in the  model.

Immune System:

Autoimmunity

Neural:

Demyelination,
Inflammation and plaques
leading to consequent pathologies.
Neuropsychological

Chemical/Neuroendocrine:

Fatigue
Depression, Euphoria,
Bladder/Bowel
Sexual problems
Cognitive, Memory
Temperature Regulation
Circulation
Cardiac
Emotional (lability, irritability)
Bipolar Affective disorder
Autonomic disorders with motor and sensory symptoms.
Sweating response, blurred vision, pupil size, noise sensitivity(?)
Pain

A comment:  I wonder if there is anything much to be gained by this exercise except to point out how most of the pathology actually seems (when the question is asked in this way) to be stemming from disorders of the neuro-endocrine system. It then takes the focus off auto-immunity and demyelination. (and Sandyk asks are they epiphenomena of MS?)
