AbstractBy lease dated 18 Jun 1711, D let property in Queen St (formerly part of Oxmantown Green) to G the land having been granted by the Lord Mayor, Sheriffs & Citizens of Dublin to H who let the same to D for 31 years from last May at £20 pa. By another lease of the same date, the C + D let the said property to I for 31 years from May 1673 at £20 pa. By two further leases of the same date, the C + D let some ground & a small stable to the same lessees for the same periods at £14 pa. By deed of assignment dated 22 Sep just passed, H transferred his leases to A. A raising a mortgage on the leases, amount not given.
