AbstractComment for person [A] :Right of redemption to Slate house in Wexford town; Bermighams & Mountgarretts on road from New Ross to Enniscorthy, WEX [12.5 acres] and 7.5 acres of land in meadow ("Comon Meadow") abutting holding of M, all mortgaged by F to N in 1698, from A to C, forever, for £24.10 in hand, paid by C.
Person [B] :With death of Thomas Raby Jun (as well as his father Thomas Raby), the equity or right of redemption of properties noted, came to his brother, William Raby who releases ssame to John Grogan.
Person [D] :Roger Hall long lived in house to east of slate house in Wexford town being released; built by John Wells
Person [E] :John Wells built house in Wexford town, to east of slate house being released.
Person [F] :Philip Savage leased slate house in town of Wexford to Thomas Raby for 3 lives, & covenant to renew forever. Thomas mortgaged this house & other lands mentioned for £200 to N in 1698, the equity or right to redemption now being released to John Grogan by Thomas's son William Raby.
