AbstractBy his will, C, left his property to D, in tail male, with remainder to E, B had acted as Counsel for A for the past 5 years without receiving any fees, & A had also received £70 from B & a further £100 to be paid when A suffers a common recovery. A granting B a rent charge of £250 pa whenever the entailed property comes to him on the death of the D.
