AbstractFHL film 461382. Edward Nicholson demised to Arthur Hamilton Maxwell land west side of Fredrick St, Parish St Ann, Dublin for 990 years. Thomas Dalrymple lent 250 pounds to Arthur Hamilton Maxwell on mortgage. The late Rev. Dr. Edward Hudson purchased same from late Sheriff of City of Dublin in trust of his wife Catherine Hudson formerly Tisdall nee Palmer, subject to the mortgage, who disposed to Bridges Baldwin who repaid Thomas Dalrymple.
