AbstractBy deeds dated 15 & 16 Jul 1710 and 30 Nov & 1 Dec 1710, the Governor & Company for Making Hollow Sword Blades in England released about 1400a, By Killyan, Co Galway, to A for £250, the property having been sold to the Company by the Trustees for the Sale of Forfeited Estates in Ireland. £125 of the purchase money was Bís & A assigned her her half by deed dated 25 Jan 1716. A, by deed dated 17 Aug 1717, promised that if he obtained a grant of said lands from King George, he would assign half to B. The grant has now been obtained & half is being released.
