Person [C] :Henry Lumley leased 30Apr1709 3 fields (15 acres) part of the lands of Knocknglwaly? to Thomas Baker, for 81 yrs, from 1 March last at £10 ster p.a. rent; 1Sep1709 land to Peter Perkins that was assigned 21Nov1711 to Thomas Baker; and 20Apr1711 2 meadows pt of said (Knocknghelly?) to Thomas Baker for 81 yrs at £10 p.a.
