AbstractBy mortgage dated 15 Apr 1712, D, raised £108 from E on property on S side Little Ship St, suburbs City of Dublin, held by F and let to D by lease from G, H + I, remainder of 71 year lease. E, by endorsement dated 16 Jul 1718, assigned his interest to A for £100. D, by further endorsement dated 16 Jul 1718, transferred the right of redemption to A for a further £100, interest at 7%. A stating that the property is in trust for the purposes mentioned in the will of J of which will B + C were exors. The two sums of £100 were part of the assets of J.
