AbstractIn a deed of mortgage dated 24 Feb 1719 & made between C + D, and A, D declared that the portion of E, to be £1500, and if F, should die unmarried and under 21, another £500 to be added, the marriage portion to be secured by said mortgage on property in Co Westmeath, currently occupied by G A now selling the mortgage to B.
