Abstractreciting that C, by lease dated 28 March 1737 did demise unto D, all that piece of ground being part of Cís Tenterfield on the South side of Marrowbone Lane containing on the East ground belonging to D in summer Street on the West to a car passage 7 foot broad adjoining to the ditch of Cís garden on the North to Tenterlot belonging to C called number 10 and on the South to the buildings of Messrs E + F and others told during the natural lives of C, G and reciting that D was dead lease valued at £50 was conveyed to B, A to be allowed £25
