AbstractReciting that the Right Rev.Lord Bishop of Derry by Lease dated 10th.August 1739 let to Dorothy Anderson the precinct called Termon or Errenagh Land of Movilly (being four quarters named Tircreen Cooly Clooncroe and Carrownapasse) situate in the Barony of Innishowen, Co.Donegal to hold for 21 years at a rent of £36 per annum. Whereby for £542-10-0 (A) with the consent of (C,D,E,F,G and H) mortgaged same to (B).
