Logistics:

Access to drive to Wee Jasper is via Cotter Rd and Urriarra or through Yass. Allow at least 90 minutes for the trip.

Wee Jasper is a collection of properties, camp sites and buildings spread out along the Goodradigbee river. You will need a car to get around. A map is available at http://www.weejaspercaves.com/images/pictorialmapofweejasper.jpg

Accommodation:

There is a range of accommodation available in Wee Jasper. The best is to look at the options given on the web site http://www.visitweejasper.com.au/index.php

Those who camp generally choose to stay in the Billy Grace reserve camp ground since it is the closest to the hall where the dance is held. There are a number of other reserves around as well http://www.weejasperreserves.com.au

The Caves:

Carey's cave is a fabulous limestone cave that you can get up close to. The concert is held in the front chamber of the cave, but if you want to go further into the depths of the cave (there are another 7 chambers) you will need to go on the tour before hand. http://www.weejaspercaves.com

Swimming

You can swim at Billy Grace in the Goodradigbee or many of us take the time on Sunday late morning to drive up to the wonderful swimming holes in the Micalong creek at the Micalong creek camp site.

See you there!
