| Description | This is a relatively unknown pair of interacting galaxies with many smaller galaxies in the field. ESO 240-10 is the elliptical and ESO 240-11 the edge-on spiral. ESO 240-10 is magnitude 12.6 and 4.0' x 1.8' in size while ESO 240-10 is magnitude 13.2 and 6.5' x 0.5' in size. |
