Description |
This
seldom imaged planetary nebula
is about 2' across and magnitude
11.5. It was discovered by
Gale in 1894 and independently
by Swift three years later. Dreyer recorded
both observations, hence the
dual designation. The
estimated distance is about 2900
light years.
