Description |
This
field contains three planetary
nebulae, Wray 16-107, Pre 59 and
Pre 61. Pre 59 and Pre 61
were recently discovered by
prolific planetary nebula
discoverer Trygve
Prestgard. Pre 59 can be
seen reasonably easily left of
centre. Pre 61 is very
very faint and is located about
2/3 down the frame roughly in
the centre. Wray 16-107 is
the prominent reddish object to
the right of the bright star
above Pre 59.
