Description |
Henize
2-152 is a small obscure
planetary nebula in Norma. It
was discovered by the late
astronomer astronaut Karl Henize.
The nebula is only 11" in
diameter but there is faint
bi-polar structure extending
outward as much as 2 arcminutes
although this image only shows
the inner part of that. The
photographic magnitude is listed
as 13.5 so it isn't all that
faint.
