Description |
NGC
5927 was discovered by Dunlop in
1826 and also observed by John
Herschel in 1824. It is a
relatively bright cluster with
an apparent magnitude of 8.86.
The concentration class is 8 so
it's fairly loosely structured
and its estimated distance is
25,100 light years. NGC 5927 is
relatively metal rich for a
globular cluster
