| The builders arrived promptly at 7.30am. I didn't look till 9am, by which time the wall was already gone! All that remained was the chimney. You can see where the little shrine used to be attached. | |

| Dangling light switches for the far end of the lounge room and kitchen. Decisions are going to have to be made about the lighting - without the wall to reflect the light, the expanded room is awfully dim at night. | |
Quite alarming to see a pile of rubble in the middle of the loungeroom! | |

Floor all nicely boarded up, with Puzzle living up to her name. The cats are still not entirely happy about the wide open spaces, and seem to be brawling more. | |
