While we were away at Coriole, I arranged for the painters to come and finish painting the house. The kitchen and loungeroom had been done back in 2004, but the rest of the house (including the outside) was in great need. It wasn't very pleasant clearing stuff out of the rooms that were to be painted - by the time we left for Adelaide, Dac was quite sick from moving books and inhaling dust. We stayed away long enough (with visits to his family, and to our Adelaide friends) for him to recover, but within hours of arriving home the paint fumes made him sick again.
There followed much building of bookshelves and wardrobes. I've depicted the painters and Dac above, but Mique Burque also played a major role, as did my sister Fiona.
