OVERVIEW
htshellv3.exe is a shell for the Apache module htpasswd.exe so avoiding the direct use of this command line program. Information is provided by the user which is then passed as a command line operation to htpasswd.exe. The result is saved in a file ready for use on your server. Note that if the file already exists the result is appended to that file. If you use this program it's at your own risk as no warranty of any kind is given.
