| Description | This is another one in the not often imaged category. NGC 5253 is relatively nearby at about 11 million light year and is a dwarf starburst and blue compact galaxy. It is known for inyense star formation. Visually its apparent magnitude is 10.9 and the angular size is 5.0' x 10.9' |
