Sig. Coy., 1st AIF MM), to leave Brisbane City 6.7.1949 after service commencing at 9.45 o'clock, for the Crematorium, Mt. Thompson.

Coy. & 6ACH 1 year, Cpl. 2Div Sig. Coy. 15.10.1916, Military Medal 14.10.1917 (LG 11.12.1917), returned to Aust. per A34 for discharge 21.12.1917 for family reasons, 1936 correspondence with Repatriation Commission Sydney, died 4.7.1949.
