Murray: killed in action at Palmietfontein 19.7.1900, NSW Govt. widow's pension to Mrs. MA BIDDLE to 31.5.1908.
URL2: 1965 and 1968 correspondence from neice in Glen Eden Auckland NZ, believed shot by sniper, probably born in Eng. or Wales.

NAV leaving with 2nd NSW Contingent as Mounted Infantry Troopers. They were presented with neat serviceable watches in leather wristlets from their comrades.
