Murray: drowned 26.3.1901 at Warrenton.
Price1: photo, War Memorials Ballarat & Canberra.
West Australian: drowned in Vaal R. Warrenton.
B5179: born 1876 a farmer from Beulah Vic.
McIlvena: John Lawrence, buried initially at Warrenton but later moved to West End Kimberley.
URL3: Staff-Sergeant TOWERS, Corporal TH KING, Lance-Corporals D FULLER and WH BURGESS, and Troopers RISBOROUGH, G GANGE and T BRYMER have, on their return from South Africa, been warmly welcomed to Beulah (at a great public demonstration) and Rosebery, and presented with gold chains and medals. It is proposed to erect a memorial to Trooper JL RYAN, of Galaquil, who was drowned in South Africa.
