Source:# 1213 Walter SORRELL is possibly an alias used by Martin William SAUL who was teaching at a public school near the Queensland border prior to the Boer War. SAUL enlisted from Queensland and from a letter he wrote to his father it appears he was in 6QIB in Colonel Garrettﾒs column as he describes the Boer breakthrough at Langverwacht Hill.
