Description This is a nice little galaxy group in Ara, a mainly milky way constellation where you wouldn't expect to see too many galaxies. NGC 6221 at the lower right is the brightest (magnitude 10.1) with the slightly smaller NGC 6215 at the top left. You also have NGC 6215A to the left and ESO 138-1 at the top right. A galaxy cataloged in Megastar as MAC 1652-5840 is to the upper left of NGC 6215A.
