Exposure Details Hydrogen Alpha = 300 minutes using 3nm Chroma filter, Oxygen III = 340 minutes (Astrodon series 1 filter), Sulphur II = 340 minutes, Red = Green = Blue = 35 minutes (Astrodon filters). Colour version is HaOIIIOIII layered with RGB. The SHO (Red = Sulphur II, Green = Hydrogen Alpha, Blue = Oxygen III) version is layered with the RGB exposure to produce more natural looking stars.

 

Description A combination of faint emission nebulosity and a bright but scattered open cluster. The complex is about 4000 light years distant.
