Source of reconstructed programme: personal communication from Peter Campbell. In addition to the Octet and instrumentalists named on the back of the programme above, Peter lists the ANU Soloists: Kathryn Schuller, Leonie Rutherford, Brian Yates, and Mike Strasser.
This is the only SCUNA programme I've seen so far that acknowledges the designer - a very welcome detail!
Thanks to Maggie Shapley, ANU Archivist, for providing scans of SCUNA material held in the Australian National University Archives.
